dad takes me to obsession records and i was just like damn i really want to find something because like. i want something. when i spend 30 minutes sifting through titles of boring adult shit or fucking tate mcrae i need a prize to make it worth the time.
but dad bought me star by belly for six dollars dunno if that’s a steal or overpriced or average but i have a star cd by belly now. it made all my searching have a purpose! i had a very brief passing thought in my head standing there while i read the production credits (only like three people) likeee do i really need this or i just want dad to buy me something he took me here and i’ve been looking for so long do i even like more than two songs on this album
six dollars though! and i ordered the pains of being pure at heart i forgot what it’s called but it’s a neon green print of the same higher than the stars cover i think. has unreleased singles im excited to listen to. i like indie rock and consumerism 🤷 sue me
anyways just always feels like i deserve/need a really good find every thrift or secondhand shopping trip there is
nothing will ever beat the bends for one dollar in fucking florida though

Love the miles of rolling grass too. Look close and breathe it in. Once you look close you can see each little part of the whole picture. There's something beautiful about the strong roots of the grass, the animals that hide in it, and the way it looks while the wind blows through. It's hypnotizing.
