I feel like I can never actively consume more than one type of media at a time. It's as if my reading slumps and movie slumps are actually mutually exclusive and can never coincide or else that kind of time travel universe destroying paradox will rip apart the space time continuum. I'll spend an entire week watching at least a movie a day and not read a single page, but a week later I'll read 4 books in 10 days but panic at the thought of choosing a movie to watch. If Youtube is ever deleted off the internet I think I'm f*cked because it's my only constant

I want to watch every single film ever all at once but then I get overwhelmed and don’t end up watching anything….
As a film major this is a life struggle

Start saving things you want to read on goodreads, or movies you want to watch on letterboxd and you’ll start to feel like you have a lot of things to do and you don’t even have enough time to do them all at least that’s how those apps make me feel

*Some context to this purchase is that it is physically impossible to afford any other e-readers in Brazil due to the fact that they don't sell them over here. So I would probably have bought a Kobo Libra Colour if I still lived abroad Despite loving my kindle oasis, especially its buttons, I've recently been feeling the weight of its 8 years of use. It's gone through dozens of books with me, but it's time to change it for a new one (pictured in this post) and gift my oasis to someone I love who won't buy an e-reader for themselves

I wish I could read books in the deep and observant way that Dua Lipa does. It seems like a lot of hard work to think up actual eloquent, well thought out and deeply emotional opinions, questions and conversations that she has. Anyways... Watch her interviews with authors!
