Line maintenance is super time consuming and an easy corner to cut. I recommend only drinking it at nice bars that you trust.

Draft beer through a straw
I don't know if this is a local thing, but the stadium that houses our regional hockey team serves their beer just like a fountain drink, and it's immaculate. The only way to drink draft beer and the only reason to go to a live sporting event imo.
