If you’re into foraging and have a clam population near you, I highly recommend getting a $10 shellfish license, looking up low tide times, and heading down to the beach with a shovel and a net to dig up clams! There is a bit of a strategy w/ finding and shucking them but I will let Youtube teach you unless anyone is actually curious about how to start. Pictured is razor clam ceviche but we have fried em for breakfast and made clam chowder too!

such a magical form of transportation, and the places they take us even more so! p.s. if you ever find yourself on a ferry in the pnw, get the clam chowder 🥣

Something about Red Hook feels like a small east coast port town and I’m addicted to it Elite rec is asking Foodtown to shuck oysters for you and sitting along the water to eat them

Will not be elaborating on this except to say when I’m at my parents house I become someone else, and u feel like a wild animal and have arguably a lot more balance as you ascend

Exactly what it sounds like. Sometimes you have a large and juicy citrus fruit that you want to peel and consume like a starved chimp but without the stickiness. So do this in a slightly cold shower. So refreshing and wild
