You know what, I’m also not in a rush myself. I feel like there are already so many people rushing out of the 5-7 PM traffic, so I‘ve decided not to partake in that anymore and from now on I will drive at the same speed as the car in front of me (I will maybe change lanes if they are doing 20 in a 45). We are taking our sweet time, appreciating the lost art of listening to the radio on the road or to my favorite albums/artists, remember things I have to do when I get home while at a red light, maybe take a selfie because the break lights from the car in front of me has the perfect shade of red that make me look pretty, get lost in my thoughts, get excited about the thought of preparing a bath later that night, stare at the birds perching on the power lines, maybe roll the windows down and light a cigarette.
We need more less-angry people on the road.
