samia is one of my fave current artists she has such a singular sound ! love her lyricism on this album excited to review it on my yt channelll (link in bio i think hehe)
i just think she has the perfect voice for this!!! she covered the magnetic fields on this release too. a lot of her early work includes covers that i thought were originals for a few weeks (liz phair, the weepies, etc). she also covered Maps more recently, as did raffaella/hippo campus, which i also recommend

Nathan Fielder is a genius. The insane premise and his singular voice make for TV that is both incredibly profound and absolutely hilarious, often at the same time.
