colleagues forgot to buy candles for my birthday cake (dulce de leche if you care) so they made me blow out a vanilla scented candle they found in the bathroom. Elevated the experience in my opinion.
i may not be entirely convinced that this is what “reading indoors on a cozy night” is supposed to smell like. however i deeply admire the thought process that brought this candle into existence
Hate it when i'm made to leave a beautiful sunset spot before the end. Don't half-ass it and stay until the end . especially if it is as good as this one (location: San Jose del Pacifico, Oaxaca, Mexico)
Had the choice to buy a car with automatic transmission (which would have been the easier, comfortable option since I've only ever driven this type of car) or a manual one. Chose the option that made my life a little more difficult but I taught myself how to drive it and just drove myself to work for the first time today. The amount of pride and accomplishment I felt was so worth the hassle. GET OUTSIDE OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!
