Rec'd on 📱 5/8: AN APP THAT ACTUALLY IMPROVED YOUR LIFE

I know I’ve already Rec’d it and then @WOMENSRIGHTS just rec’d it but I wanted to re-Rec her Rec with a pic of its packing list potential but I don’t think that‘s possible! So here I am recing this app again to show you how you can make a capsule wardrobe with it for a holiday. You save outfits to capsules, either from outfits you’ve previously saved or new ones made for the trip. You can click on items in an outfit to see what other outfits its been in to build a capsule with outfits that use similar items so you can pack light. The pic I’ve attached is all the outfits for my trip away, and then if you click on “items” it shows you every item that makes up your outfits…so basically a packing list. Sorry for the over-explanation for for someone who has always experienced huge amounts of packing anxiety it’s been a real game changer!

Reminds me of some of the clothes I like but don’t usually reach for when I get dressed. You take photos of your clothing items (they auto-remove the background) and can add in info about your items if you like tracking certain things (season, secondhand, etc). Its also fun to put outfits together and make combos you normally wouldn’t. Makes my life infinitely easier when I don’t want to dress sloppy but don’t want to put the energy into trying a bunch of stuff on and seeing what works

OMG perfect timing as i literally was just about to rec this app. i’ve had it for a while and it’s really useful. it’s like $5 and totally worth the investment. there’s options to upload your entire closet (by category), and then make the items with transparent backgrounds so you can build outfits, which you can then save and even add to a calendar. you can also tag each item with color/fabric/size/etc there’s also a “packing“ tool that lets you plan outfits and creates a packing list. i don’t use these features, but there’s also a shopping tool, style guides, and “style stats” (of your wardrobe). it’s no-frills either, so super easy to navigate

Plan little trips, add your flight & lodging info, make lists of all the stuff you want to see, assign things to specific days, attach pdfs of tickets & other important travel docs--genuinely such a good app
