Just re-watched it today. It has all of the classic characteristics of a children's movie and was a joy to rewatch. Makes me miss being a kid.

Shit makes me cry every time. If you haven’t watched this since you were a kid it’s definitely worth the rewatch.

the sound blasting in my ears and watching the Beldam crawl around genuinely made me want to cry. it was my FAVORITE movie as a kid and seeing it in the best way to present media felt like a blessing
