I have one in my bathroom next to my sink and one by my front door. PERFECT for jotting down thoughts while brushing your teeth and keeping track of the little things. Command strip that shit to the wall and literally save your brain and your day.

Seeing your β€œto do’s” events or reminders as a physical part of your space is a good method to get to it.

Hello stationary nerds! Being 30 means I spent my school years using a notebook planner for assignments and reminders but since college I've been using apps for calendars+tasks. But last week the revelation came out of nowhere (that's a lie, my wife suggested I needed something more tangible to organize my chaotic brain) and I've never felt more relieved since I got this whiteboard. She specifically recommended this one which allows me to have long-term projects/reminders on the right and pin cute polaroids in the cork section below. BONUS: Tiny tab post-its & ultra-fine coloured markers. Tabs for categorizing and be able to move things around without having to erase something constantly. Ultra-fine markers to write more things in small spaces. 0.7mm is what I'm using. Have fun!!

I use a whiteboard on my fridge to keep lists of tasks I need to do both short term and long term. I use a calendar with little stickers to mark when I do the things I say I'm going to do. There's a reason we learn to be rewarded with stickers as kids: it works and is satisfying.

Completely unoriginal, but this is a classic. Such a comfort watch. 🩷 The sprites make me happy. ☁️πŸ₯Ήβ˜οΈ

make it an experiment. Go to the thrift store with intention. If you’ve never been to the thrift store before: go to one and wander the aisles without buying anything (unless something really catches your eye). Just get used to being in that space and learning how it works (thrift stores are chaos in store form, but you can acclimate!)
