I joke with my friends that we have quarterly or biannual meetings because the calendars really do get full. Whether it's work, life admin, housework... Give me at least a day's notice but ideally 4 weeks notice and that means I can literally arrange my life to meet with just you on a precious day off π«Ά
I also don't live close to any of my friends, so the preparation is so necessary. I have days blocked out in October and November, for real.
