Wonderful book about absurdism
I'm a pretty sentimental person so I can't relate to Meursault very much but I love how he rejects certain aspects of human life, doesn't conform to the beliefs of others, and finds peace in his own decisions
While his life is not very active or particularly interesting, he still finds a way to enjoy it, which is admirable
8.5/10
Anything by Camus is a banger but the stranger was the first book I read by him. Def recommend as it gives a good look into absurdism and the social contracts we play into.
my favorite book
existential.
its a little slow in the beginning but stick with it, it gets wild.
leaves a lot to think about
can be depressing if u internalize it too much
Not only is it a short book but it is made by a great philosopher. Albert Camus is a legendary absurdist philosopher and I loved reading this narrative book. I would recommend checking out more of his philosophical ideas rather than just this book but do what you want. He has written other books that I heard was good but I havenβt read them yet.
Wonderful jazz album with piano skills that I aspire to
Each song is lovely and just puts me into a good mood
This album is phenomenal for studying or long drives
"I Want To Talk About You" and "Early Summer" are my favorites
9.5/10
A fantastic album from a relatively unknown Korean producer that mixes electronic sounds with folk instruments and singing, and one of my top 5 albums of all time 1. "Why" is an energetic way to start off the album and gives you a proper introduction to Mid-Air Thief's sound
2. "These Chains" is my favorite song on the album, mixing calm, beautiful melodies with intense synths and amazing percussion
3. "Gameun Duet" is a fast, catchy song with pop-like sound, lyrics, and progression
4. "Curve and Light" is one of my favorites on this album, having an energetic, overwhelming introduction along with a powerful and emotional second half filled with synths and beautiful singing
5. "Crumbling Together" is the longest song on the album and genuinely feels like a journey with its ups and downs, it's a very fun listen
6. "Protector" is an emotional, powerful song that always gives me goosebumps whenever I listen to it
7. "Dirt" is a quiet, beautiful refrain from the intense sounds of previous songs
8. "No Answer" is a calm and pleasant ending to this wonderful, chaotic album I will never forgive Anthony Fantano for calling this album the "most overrated album of the 2010s" like the songs have a few million streams at most??
"Crumbling" has been one of my favorite albums for years now and I'm hoping to see it get more recognition

(I haven't finished the show as of writing this)
This show is literally Ghibli House, I know I'm generalizing but they're extremely similar
Episodical show about a guy who deals with people's sicknesses and paranormal phenomena
It has a beautiful art style, aesthetic and soundtrack and each episode is modeled after myths and folk tales
The show covers other topics like philosophy as well
It's not super long either like under 75 episodes total and the anime covers the entire story
It's not really graphic or anything but the story is definitely marketed towards adults, I wouldn't know if kids would enjoy it
