jumping rope

I dread cardio sometimes and have been in a slump of not exercising for a week. to get back in the swing of things I’ve been jumping rope to get my body familiar with being active again
it’s fun, you can find weighted ones or super light ones for speed jumping, it’s childish but a great way to get your heart racing

running very far, not very fast

i love run-walk. it kinda feels like how i used to run as a kid. big bursts of energy followed by a leisurely stroll. only running when its fun.

Running really fast till like 20 seconds after you want to stop then walking till you want to go fast, repeat for like 30 minutes

Real life animal crossing flower

I have a plot in a community garden in nyc. Because I'm cute af. And some Lilies of the Valley just bloomed in my plot. Which is the coveted animal crossing 5 star town flower. So. Like. Im basically living out my acnh fantasy life. Def recommend.

FIND YOUR FAV PARK

nothing hits like pulling up to your fav park on a nice day. if it’s after work it’s even better. everybody is vibing out. there’s cute dogs. old people holding hands. kids playing outside like kids have done for all of human existence. just love maxing out on some leisure vibes. bonus points for a blanket, hammock, frisbee or additional park activity!!!
