Because although it’s a way for me to show off how cool and sexy and interesting I am, it’s lowkey a great way to practice gratitude 💫

somewhat evil vibe, UI is nice (unlike the health/fitness/sleep app all my homies hate the health/fitness/sleep app), i will probably become addicted to it like everything else on this stupid phone

i love this app because it feels like a more grown-up, more purposeful Notes app with better design. it’s made for essays or poetry or whatever you want to throw in and it even lets you set a daily journaling time so that you can work some writing into each day. it allows you to access photos, contacts, locations, and events from your calendar while also providing prompts if you’re at a loss for what to say. i’ve found it to be really helpful when i need to get something off my mental, but don’t have my typical paper and pen. hopefully it can be of some use to some of you ¨̮

he slayed with this one. Release regret, release fear?? Remember I have a body and come back to it?? Authorize myself to rest?? CRADLE MY HEART LIKE A MOTHER HOLDING ITS BABY? Don't mind if I do king

astronomically lower carbon footprint than using a text transformer model as your therapist. And you get to be your own safe place to rest and all that cheesy shit 💗 Mia Thermopolis is the blueprint btw, princess diaries raised me

this video unironically changed my life (the change is still a wip) What a simple way to NOTICE that voice - inner critic, censor, filter, negative self talk, ereshkigal, (xv) the devil, (iv) the emperor, the firefighter, the manager, shadow self - and actually have a conversation with it. Who knew ugliness is such a trigger (lol Keats? IDK)
