I feel as though charcuterie boards have been popularized and trendy for awhile now. But I feel like this summer trying new cheeses and finding new pairings is gonna be a thing!!

Personally i recommend trying goat cheeses paired with hot honey, jams, both sweet and savory on top of a neutral water cracker or plain potato chip. Super tangy cheese but balanced out with that sweetness or saltiness yknow?
