so i can’t say i have done this with something i truly *want*, but the other day i bought this rlly nice jersey polo from target and i’m glad i bought it i think i look nice in it… when i wear it in a couple of days maybe i’ll update with a photo?
& having no regrets about it after. today i bought an oversized white fila jersey from like 2014 and a Facebook mug from my nearest goodwill and feel absolutely swagged out
Maybe this is a me problem, but don’t buy a piece of clothing that you really like and just mostly leave it in your closet bc you think it is too nice for everyday events. Bonus: A lot of the times the item starts to look better with more wear.
I don’t know how to explain this well… I don’t mean buy a second version of a shirt you already have, I mean when you try something on and it feels like you owning it is already a true fact of the world even though you don’t own anything like it… fulfilling clothing prophesy perhaps
sometimes i usually just sit and think about how we have been in this solar system for so long and yet we exist in the space we are in… like sometimes when i spiral i think of how the world evolves after our generation, it’s kinda freaky idk
