This book single-handily got me out of a depression and totally switched my mindset from feeling sorry for myself to taking the actions needed to better my situation. His energy screams through the pages and really gets you going. I recommend to anyone on a fitness journey specifically but this book will get anyones ass going about anything.

This book is really helping me reframe my state of mind and put myself into a better mindset, even if I don’t believe I deserve it. Being a performance artist in nyc (in this economy) is not for the faint of heart. I’ll do whatever it takes to get into a better mindset and take back some control over my life.
The ultimate get-off-your-ass creative manual. It's SO GOOD and SO INSPIRING and I have demanded people's address at bars many times and ordered a copy for them on the spot. Plus reading about doing the work is a lot easier than doing the work (and still counts as work).
Saying things and not following through portrays you as someone that speaks words with no substance. Being intentional about what you say, and then following up with being intentional about your actions makes you a more confident person and makes you feel like you are really getting stuff done.
