It might not help if you are already on your feet for your job, but i sit all day long. I have found that walking after work consistently has helped with my energy levels a little bit. It isn’t instant and some days I still am too tired to do anything but it does feel like an improvement.

i think its bc im used to walking everywhere in general but having at least a 10 minute walk will completely change my mood and entire day. even thru rain or snow, i will just layer up and try to achieve this- sometimes its impossible but its been 95% successful so far!!! truly life changing <3 just throw on a good playlist or podcast, or use it to think about stuff

A few days ago I found my old iPod touch and I was able to charge and go through all the stuff I had on there. It’s so surreal to see what I liked and had interest in as a kid. How much that has changed and stayed the same, I don’t always remember little details like that. Feeling lucky that I came across my very own time capsule. I highly suggest finding yours. Also shared that with my parents and starting talking about simple social media (like most people are longing for) and also feel so lucky that I found this platform.
