checks all the boxes: easy, quick, cheap, minimal cleanup, all your main food groups and macronutrients, modifiable (today I added sliced mini peppers and green onion), and of course yummy.
doesn't have to be tiny british finger food bites either. I don't cut off the crusts. I pile my toppings high scooby doo style.
hard to get sick of bc you can always mix it up--dill, chili oil, salmon, garlic, olives, tomatos, tabasco... it adapts nicely to whatever you have kicking around. Salt, pepper, and a splash of vinegar is my basic default
