I'm in the process of discovering I'm perhaps more girl than I thought when I came out as non-binary, so I've been trying to get as many trans women on my social media, tv, books, music, pods, etc. to get a variety of role models and combat this pressure we get sometimes to look cis or to pass. I try to aspire as little as possible to be like cis girls and instead look at trans girls be beautiful.
I'm happy to report it's been very successful, I am getting the desired effect. Transfemmes are SO beautiful and I think they are very cute when they are proud to be clocky, when they're like "yeah I'm trans and I'm so cool and sexy for it." Now I'm learning from them how to love my clocky features and I LOVE taking pictures looking clocky!!!
Try to give yourself love at every stage of your transition!!! Surround yourself with trans folks who inspire you!!! It's difficult for us rn and we need every bit of love and celebration we can get!!! My celebration: TAKING CLOCKY PICTURE!!!
This is my favorite one recently π«ΆπΌπ³οΈββ§οΈπ₯³
