A portable version of LEGO Island (1997)

ok so the lego island decompilation community finally decoupled the game from the D3DRM backend that plagued the game since the dlls' got dropped in vista, the current implementation is using SDL3 with support for OpenGL 1 and 3, directX, sdl3gpu and a custom software renderer for any system to use, Lego island is the new DOOM. I'm sure they were originally all Flash-based but seem to work just fine in Chrome. I was really thinking of this snowball-throwing game but I think that has now gone. Both very cute.

Lego harry potter game

Not a “Gamer” or anywhere near that, but my friend bought this when it went on sale and it is so wholesome and fun. genuinely good/tricky puzzles and silliness. ( I played this as a kid on the wii and am impressed with how intuitive my 11ish year old self must have been.)
