I think that there’s nothing more beautiful than when mashed potatoes are so soft and creamy. I have, however, had bad mashed potatoes before, and I would not recommend that. I think Tender Greens does a really good job. Really nice consistency, and always feels like there’s love put in them. I also like when mashed potatoes are slightly buttery. I know that a potato is looked at as a vegetable, and enjoyed with meals, but the perfect mashed potatoes could even serve as a dessert. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.
