A friend purchased this book for me. I never read books but this is the first book in recent years that I’ve taken time to read. Phenomenal story.

I’m not much of a reader, but I recently finished reading Just Kids and it really made my heart happy. To read about a real love story that transcends the traditional structures of love stories we usually see is so beautiful. It reminded me how people can be truly pure and loving.
Patti is also just very inspiring to me. I didn’t know really anything about her prior to reading it, but I really admire her now.

Crying in H Mart I read it a few years ago and it has stuck with me. Absolutely beautiful and poignant. Highly recommend.
Just Kids was the book a bunch of my friends and I read in our early 20’s and in art school. Patti Smith is a legend, always and forever.

I think that there’s nothing more beautiful than when mashed potatoes are so soft and creamy. I have, however, had bad mashed potatoes before, and I would not recommend that. I think Tender Greens does a really good job. Really nice consistency, and always feels like there’s love put in them. I also like when mashed potatoes are slightly buttery. I know that a potato is looked at as a vegetable, and enjoyed with meals, but the perfect mashed potatoes could even serve as a dessert. Sorry, I don’t make the rules.

I drink multiple of these before every show. Very much needed for touring. Wouldn’t be able to tour without it.
