just follow that equation and you'll be good lean meats: - Turkey (ground, sausage, etc) - Chicken - Fish (fw baked salmon in the oven) - eggs (not a meat, but awesome. I'll be lazy and make an omlette for a meal often) easy to prep veggies: - onion (saute w ur green beans!) - bell peppers (saute, any color goes great with onions) - brussel sprouts (ik they are supposed to suck but saute in olive oil with garlic and then top with parmesean cheese and they're so good) - asparagus (olive oil, paprika, garlic and pepper, toss that shit in the oven yum) - avocado (technically a fruit but awesome topper for savory meals and a great snack by itself) - tomatoes (also a fruit, but dice them and stick em on top of your meal for an elevated experience) I rly fw potatoes too, bc you can fry em in a pan or lazily bake them and bam its a side. Also never underestimate just some toast with butter. Upping ur fruit game is a big win too- there are so many fruits and most of them are good so try anything. natures candy fr . pro tip: make a big pot of soup/stew (tortilla soup is my fave) and eat off that for the week

Look, I’m not a meal prep girl. I don’t get why you’d want soggy salads three days from now. Here’s the stuff I’m making to make into other things. Beans, Baby 1-2 containers cannellini beans 1/4 cup-ish onion of any kind 1 small container cherry tomatoes, cut in half 1 lemon, juice 1-2 glugs olive oil Salt Black pepper Fennel seeds Shake and put in fridge in a place you’ll see it. Roasted Sweet Potatoes 1 large sweet potato, chopped Roast how you roast things Add to grain bowls, salads or on its own. It’s good, you’ll be so impressed with yourself when you eat it the next day. Other things that are good- Veggie lentil soup Salmon, done any way to eat any day Staring at containers stacked in your fridge on a Sunday afternoon and then ordering delivery to not ruin it.

Get frozen veggie mixes, frozen rice, and frozen nuggets. Cook em, cover with some kinda sauce. Done. Eggs. Lots of eggs. Sheet pan meals are the way to go. Throw veggies and sausage or chicken on there and just let em cook. PB&J and deli meat/cheese sandwiches are good to have too. Quesadillas are very easy and you can kind of put whatever in them.

Oh god!!!! lentils!!! You can eat them for days in a variety of ways Sauté onion, celery, carrots or PARSNIPS Get some tomato paste and MISO mixed and melted Cumin, paprika, curry mixes Lentils, a cup? Salt obvi Water, enough to cover and then some (you can always add more) Bring to boil, cover, reduce check water levels now and then. should not be soupy, not dry, just a lil saucy wetness Taste W sauce, rice vinegar Taste, chefs kiss? I eat with a side of lemony arugula and topped with an egg dotted w hot sauce Can also reheat the next day, add a bit of goat cheese, make salad w arugula, pass out ur so healthy and amazing and tasty

use the scroll time to instead educate yourself on the billionaires making money off of your life and attention with these apps (i.e. how much money they make per minute/post, how algorithms are made like slot machines, subliminal targeted ads between posts, etc.) and you will find yourself naturally disgusted/enraged every time you open those apps instead of ashamed/frustrated. it's difficult to pull yourself out of a scroll, but the more you practice, the easier it can become. highly recommend the yt vid that hazelisonline made on this!! good luck 🍻
