I don't work for them, just like their small indy games. Focus on indy games that's narrative driven. What's cool is they'll take pitches from all sorts of creators. Writers or programmers.

also agree with them that definitely limbo or inside will scratch the little nightmares itch, arguably playdead's games are a big inspiration for little nightmares.
depending on what you're into (more story or more gameplay heavy) for story. i cannot recommend "what remains of edith finch" enough. just a true gem and some of the best of interactive storytelling
for gameplay i love the witness, hi fi rush, and neon white. all very different, but maybe you'll find something you'll like
for a mix if both, disco elysium. dialogue HEAVY, but based in like ttrpg systems, it's really fun. REALLY long though, like maybe put aside some time to crack that one open lol

๐huge anthology of transcribed Twine games (Twine is a really basic HTML framework for making simple hypertext games/interactive fiction). i wasn't allowed to play video games growing up so never really developed a formative relationship to them but found this to be a really resonate & inclusive anthology of indie โgamesโ that reads as poems/stories but still honors them as games

That's not an exact quote... But yeah we had him explain more. That stronger and more intelligent humans are conceived in a way the government and clergy are against. Because the normal way makes more compliant citizens.
We were wilding at how serious he was.

I didn't go into biology with him. I left the job shortly after. Not cuz of this.
