fully convinced a serving of cobbler with ice cream is the perfect summer dessert, so here’s my favorite recipe for a really delish strawberry cobbler :) INGREDIENTS: For the Sauce: 1/2 c white sugar 2 tbsp cornstarch 1/4 c lemon juice 3 c fresh strawberries, with the stems removed and cut into like 1/4 inch pieces 2 tbsp cold butter, diced into pieces For the Crumble Topping 1 c ap flour 1tbsp white sugar 1 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 3 tbsp cold butter, diced into pieces 1/2 c heavy cream INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and butter a 9 inch square pan. To make to sauce, combine the cornstarch, lemon juice, and the 1/2 cup of sugar in a saucepan. Cook this on medium heat until the mixture thickens. Remove from heat and gently fold your strawberries into the mixture and add to your greased pan. Dot this mixture with the 2 tbsp cold butter. To make the crumble, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Next, cut the 3 tbsp cold butter into this mixture until a crumble forms. Add the 1/2 cup of heavy cream to this mixture (it’s going to be a weird texture at first but just keep mixing!) and spoon evenly on top of the strawberries. Bake for 25 minutes until the top is golden brown and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS: Whatever fruit you want Granola Sugar RECIPE: Slice your fruit, place in microwave-safe bowl Toss with some sugar Microwave 1min Sprinkle hearty amount of granola Place in oven/microwave/maybe even air fryer again for 4-5 minutes. Whatever you have that will soften the fruit and crisp the granola. Enjoy with yogurt I haven’t grocery shopped in weeks and this is dinner

i like to ponder in the shower just like everyone else. tonight's shower ponder had to do with the fact that i'm in the job search process right now and it is so disheartening to have to tailor my resume to every post and just basically do the most for every single job post just to most likely receive a rejection within a few days of applying. i started thinking about the fact that when people accomplish something difficult in life such as finding a job, owning a house, or finishing education there tends to be 2 types of thinking that come out on the other side. the 1st way of thinking is the "well i did it alone and although it was difficult, i was able to do it alone so i think everyone else should be able to do it alone if they try hard enough" the 2nd way is "i did it alone and it was hard and i recognize that there is a need for support here therefore, i would like to change the system so that other people do not have to go thru the same hardship in the same way i did." not saying that everyone thinks like this, but i feel like these are the 2 common ways of thinking that i've heard. & basically that was ponder as i sat there waiting to wash out my leave in conditioner.

there's plenty of things i love about this platform. one of my favorites is the fact that it quite literally can keep me entertained for hours because someone posts one of their niches and i then fall in a rabbit hole on that topic. also i love listening to the artists y'all recommend because then i can expand my music taste quite a lot. you guys are cool <3
