A super artsy place to have afternoon tea. Should you find yourself in Mayfair, it’s worth the experience. It’s also infamous for its unusual bathroom pods. www.sketch.london

Ended up in London a few times in recent years! The Photographer's Gallery almost always has something worth checking out if you like photography. There's new Albert Oehlen paintings up at Gagosian if you like abstract art. "The Time is Always now: Artists Reframe the Black Figure" at the National Portrait Gallery sounds amazing and features some of my favorites: Kerry James Marshall, Toyin Ojih Odutola, Jennifer Packer, Njideka Akunyili Crosby. St. John has become a favorite of late, but only for meat eaters! Very weird meat forward (last time had a delicious smoked eel) the staff is lovely, it's elevated, but still casual. Bar Termini is a cute little cocktail bar I stumbled upon last time.

Journal, scrapbook, stickers, tickets, souvenirs. Pen on paper is a cathartic experience. The best outlet for being creative. Imagination runs wild. āœļø I just taped memories into one of the books and it’s honestly thriving…
