i added berries today be a little crazy today π. no but srsly i've been eating it for the past 3 weeks and it's just so easy to eat and you know your set for putting something sturdy and unproblematic in your tummy. it's bland and people add more but i'm a simple girl and eat it with sugar and cinnamon cause i hate making breakfast but i need to eat something and it's the best meal for when you get up at 12pm and you hate everything<3
cinnamon roll or brown maple sugar oatmeal with:
- slivered almonds*
- walnuts
- chia seeds
- ground flax meal
- berries ππ«

PS donβt ever buy apple cinnamon oatmeal, just trust me itβs NOT good
Get some minute oats and some hot water. Then get creative: raisins, honey, pb, flax, chia, nuts, berries, whatever you like. Super quick, healthy, and very versatile. Itβs become my everyday breakfast and itβs always good.
people have been doing this forever and i never thought i was a liner girl until just last year i found nyx in Ever is basically the color of my bottom lip and it's just a really flattering pink on me and i love just lining and then just smoothing it out and boom. if my lips are dry ill add a translucent gloss but usually my liner is just enough.
