it honestly irks my little soul seeing how dispassionate people are. what happened to making your hobbies your entire personality, listening to music until you annoy your neighbors, ranting about the silly things you love immediately after meeting someone, or simply being open to trying out something you're even slightly interested in.
i feel like people get more copy n paste as time goes on, and i'm not saying these people aren't unique they just never try to explore their uniqueness.

I've thought of this recently as well! I know many people who are kinda doing nothing... they have interests but kinda just exist.. it would bring so much more joy into their lives if they fully dove into what they love!

Remember when you were younger and didn’t know how to worry about your image? Remember when you were weird and it made you more interesting? Remember when you loved the things you loved because they made you curious, and not because you felt any obligation to engage beyond your own joy?
Passion is a commodity these days, if you have it in you please tend it!! Ty to the person who posted about the culture of apathy, it’s too true and we must fight it.

Where did all the passion go? Pursue your dreams! Talk someone’s ear off about your favorite show! Why not? Life is too short to not chase happiness!

I don’t gaf about crafty, aesthetic, unique hobbies. I fw that for other people but not my cup of tea. Although in a way arent we being niche and cultured for not…being niche and cultured? idk maybe that’s our thing

my last break up i just sat under the tree we first talked to each other at and cried as many tears as i could. after that i decided to just walk around everywhere i had memories of us attached to that day and make new ones of only me, weirdly enough it always helps me find closure and focus on myself rather than dwelling on the past.

when I dont go back it feels like the last thing that happened there is frozen in time, repeating in my head. but when I return and just exist there calmly, it reminds me that time has moved on, that moment is over, and it wont happen again.
