There was car just stopped dead in my lane driving to work the other day and I was very annoyed by it until I drove by and saw they were stopped to let a momma and like 6 baby ducks cross the road safely. Made me think that sometimes what I’m doing every day can be sped up or slowed down and I don’t have to get annoyed with the change of pace.

🚗i got so so frustrated on my commute today… i can’t stand people speeding around doing freaky maneuvers because they’re impatient or something… i put off driving for as long as i could exactly because of this… maybe i’m a loser for this but i think everyone gotta be a little more patient on the road especially… then i thought to myself maybe i shouldn’t be getting so mad and i should have a little more patience for people doing this stuff but no!! f that!!! no need to floor it willy nilly! slow down! people should not die by cars!

🐇Today on my way to work I tailgated a car that was consistently going 5-10 under the speed limit. I was annoyed and passed them and moved on with my day.
Tonight, on my way home from work I had to brake for a bunny, a groundhog, and pull off to check on a dog I saw running by the side of the road. I was so grateful to not have someone tailgating me in all of those instances. The next time I’m tempted to tailgate, I will remember the dog, the groundhog, and the bunny.

🚗What if their loved one is dying at the hospital? What if their baby is being born? Or maybe they’re just an asshole. Although I cannot comprehend how someone could blow up while driving and act like a lunatic I’ve learned to not let it affect me. who knows their reasoning I just send them well wishes and go on my way 🚗🤷🏼♀️☮️
