Lowkey…after too many wild nights out it’s kind of refreshing to just like exist in my natural, sober state. Waking up on a Sunday NOT being hungover is wonderful and makes me feel like SpongeBob in this pic😭

⭐not sure if i can use this term if i don’t have an issue with alcohol but i’m sober by default since my partner became sober and i’ve been having the best time ever. life is so much more enriching to me everything is better, more stabilized and clear

To truly accept ourselves we have to stop thinking about what others think of us. Period. It doesn’t matter that your crush didn’t like you back. That you’re not your boss’s favorite employee. That you aren‘t your best friend’s best friend. (Although if this is happening to you, find someone who appreciates you equally). What matters is how YOU see yourself. You become what you believe.

Lately I’ve been disgusted at how much I rely on my phone. I’ve been leaving it in my car, letting loved ones know I’ll be unresponsive for a while, and just taking my digital camera everywhere I go. I’m more engaged in conversations, my attention span is better, AND I have some sweet new digi pics. everything looks so REAL on a digital cam:)
