Something Iām realising as I spend more time on this platform is how nice it is to see optimism online for once. People helping others, and giving advice to enrich life. Because life online doesnāt have to be about staring at depressing headlines, it can be about learning new things! I used to be on Twitter all the time, but since I got this app Iāve used it a lot less - Iāve been on this app about 3x the amount of time Iāve been on twt this week. And I feel much better for that, as thereās no more doomscrolling. Also I love how like the early internet, this place is half cat photos. As it should be (I am totally unbiasedā¦)

uninstalled pi for a while because i didnāt have the time to really Post the way i would like, and iām glad i did - now that iām back and have some spare time i can give all your takes and recs the attention they deserve, and i really like positively declaring āiām going to catch up on pi.fyi nowā instead of idly opening the app in between work bullshit. it makes engaging with the space much more fulfilling

Young Kirsten Dunst, Young Amy Adams, Young Brittany Murphy (RIP) and the middle aged powerhouses Kirstie Alley (RIP) and Allison Janneyā¦.literally canāt get any better!! Praise aside, thereās a moment in the movie with the drama geek contestant, recites a revised monologue (something about Soylent Green) that mentions ā2024ā and I think thatās so cute and awesome that on a random watch, little things like that could pop out at anytime.Ā
