I am a CD kid. I was raised that way and I love flipping through a book of CDS. My car is from 2014 and it reignited my love of CDs. I do collect vinyls too but I don’t use them as much as I use CDs though.
i had hopped on the vinyl bandwagon when they had their renaissance in the 2010s but i’ve converted since you can still find good CDs at the thrift for a dollar or two a pop and they take up way less space on the shelf. also still car compatible if u have an older one!
no hate to vinyls though, i just have a rlly small room where it can't fit a vinyl player (；′⌒`) i was huge on buying albums (kpop groups, bands, or other artists i generally liked) so i have a large catalogue of cd albums laying around our storage (can't play back then since our only cd/dvd player broke) BUT i've been listening to 'em nonstop when i got my first car (which has a cd player since it's an older model) and there is just something magical about popping in a cd for some reason...
vinyl is too expensive now so ive been collecting cds, it’s nice to have cds because my car is old and I have a cd player so they actually do get used. I don’t listen to my vinyls much at all but they looked cool on my wall at my apartments. Glad I’m getting practical use out of the cds 🥹

I downloaded this app due to my sheer obsession with the early 00s. I just wish I could be an adult in 2003 instead of an infant just for a day. Here’s some of my art :)
Yesterday, I was scrolling on Youtube as usual (I love Youtube) and I came across a video that said “Goodbye, 2006”. It just popped up randomly and I figured I’d watch it. It was literally someone’s slideshow of their year. I love finding people’s digital time capsules on Youtube.
