drop the recipe.. each time I've tried to make em at home they've been mid for the result. those look so good!

@4EYED thank you ! i had to tweak the recipe and add a lot more flour because the dough was too liquid 😭 it was by estimate, but the dough should just become kneadable. here’s the recipe: https://sallysbakingaddiction.com/easy-cinnamon-rolls-from-scratch/

Wear ethnic clothes

it feels so empowering to walk around wearing ethnic clothes in a ‘modern’ city where the standard fashion is deeply influenced by the west. i will always love u, sarees <3
also, this is my mum’s saree, and many sarees are heirlooms passed down in the family. it’s quite literally, wearing your culture, carrying the stories of your ancestors with you!
maybe this is why i like thrifted clothes lol

after a long hiatus...

i'm back ! here's a little recap of what i've been up to: - had my first relationship (and my first breakup) - coloured my hair purple - finished my final year of college - moved back home from the city my college is in - started freelancing (i make illustrations!) - made art commissions to help financially support a palestinian family - started reviewing matcha around my city (attached a photo of my friend and i at a matcha rave??) - and i'm working on trying to be more communicative.
