A portion of rice, a filet of salmon cooked with seasoning of your choice and an avocado. Goes nice with sriracha. Literally just put all your ingredients in a bowl and kind of mash it together with a fork and it tastes amazing and it’s perfectly nutritious. You can make it lazier by using microwave rice too. This rice bowl was one of the first things I learned how to make when I first learned how to make more meals for myself and it so so hard to fuck up!! honestly so delish and easy. the recipe I linked also adds kimchi which I’ve never added to it before but cookings an adventure so do whatever!!

as much instant rice as you want
a can of tuna (add mayo and siracha)
one sheet of seaweed
half an avacado so simple to make and it’s quick!

Idk what they put in these to make them as addictive as they are, but they are seriously life changing. They are oniony, they have the best texture of any bagel I’ve had, they toast beautifully and pair perfectly with cream cheese. Absolutely orgasmic. I buy 4 bags at a time whenever I go.
