I have insomnia and placebo or not this usually helps me feel at least a little drowsy which rocks, plus a cup of tea before bed is an excellent vibe

Maybe it’s just a placebo but it helps me wind down. Also don’t bring screens into bed, that blue light robs you of the sleepy feels

saw this lil guy in the middle of the road so i moved him to a nice patch of dirt and put a little flower on him so he can rest a bit more peacefully. i was feeling lonely and sad today and something about this moment made me feel more connected and important
