Harrison Patrick Smith (Turtlenecked) and I are best friends and rivals. His weekly DJ sets at Home Sweet Home are consistently the best move for Thursday nights. His discography is extensive and “Mondrian” is one of his many great songs. When he was 20, Pitchfork gave his album a “6.0”. To this day, he’s tortured by this event. My music has never been reviewed or covered by any music press, not even Brooklyn Vegan; I’m tortured in my own way. We love to commiserate.

Scott is an old friend from school. We bonded over Radiohead, Debussy, and making detail-oriented architectural rock music during the Spotify “bedroom pop” era. Scott is the type of musician who makes music constantly and releases it sporadically. He’s one of my favorite songwriters and an expert texturalist. Check out his single “No Changes,” the “Shelter Island Heights” EP, which I consider the classic era of his early work, or “One of a Kind,” my personal favorite.

been a fan of tennyson for over a decade now and he’s always made some insane electronic music with lots of jazz influence and rich, layered production. nothing else sounds quite like his music and this new album of his with leslie is no exception

Check out tennyson's album Rot. It's one of my fav albums! But of all of his music in general, sooooooo good. I've listened to every single song he's ever put out lol it's some crazy stuff. Also probably the best producer I have listened to. Cleanest mixes and such interesting ideas. If you do end up checking it out lmk what you think!

I was visiting my friend genius in Cobble Hill. I needed a quick bite to eat, and I didnt want to spend a lot of time or money of lunch. I am broke and busy! I walked past this place and knew immediately that it was what I was craving! I ordered a chicken pita, a coffee, and a baklava. Everything was delicious. I want to try the meat pie but I wasn't hungry enough this time. Next time I visit Mitch I will try the meat pie. I hope everyone reading this is having a great Tuesday.

I’d never been to montana but I’m on tour and I drove here. it is so beautiful and I had the best steak for dinner at lolo creek steakhouse. Today I am going to hot springs in like 30 minutes
