Most people have some sort of pain.. I had terrible lower back pain , sciatica , ect… I tried everything to fix my problems. Acupuncture , chiropractor , voodoo ect… nothing really worked … until i found “wet” cupping. Most people know what cupping is .. but “wet” cupping involves lots of needles and blood . this ancient technique relieves your pain almost instantly …i can’t recommend an alternative therapy more .. google it and see if you can find someone in your city .. i have the best guy in LA ,. Getting stabbed with tiny needles is not as painful as I thought. the hot cups are my fav part. It sucks my skin too good.

from Angela at L. acupuncture and pain center in downtown Alhambra. She kept saying “no pain no gain” and gave me the most thorough massage I’ve gotten in a long ass time. Only $100 for 90 min (including cupping, hot stones and Chinese herbal!)

In my opinion there's nothing better than costco.. From the food court to the 24 rolls of toilet paper .. You can’t go wrong at Costco; they have something for everyone.. It’s a perfect place to stock up on organic groceries for meal prep , score a cozy KIRKLAND brand crew neck , an endless supply of TIDE PODS ( yummy ) and whatever else you might find in there.

I force myself to drink as much water as possible on the daily.. I get really sad if my pee is anything but clear … the benefits are immense.. Just make sure you have access to a bathroom .. sucks to hold your pee . if you find it hard to drink water i suggest getting a nalgene or similar 32oz bottle and refill it all day long .. saves money and the environment instead of buying plastic bottles.

My buddy @babyj.wav turned me on to this Los Angeles based “power disco” band.. I’ve been listening to them on repeat.. The music is perfect for cleaning your house , doing homework , dancing at 4am , eating breakfast … i can listen to COBRA MAN 24/7.
