I recommend talking / seeing your family as much as possible.. taken photos videos even when you don't want to .. its a crazy world out there so it's important to treasure those precious moments with the people we love.

I always try to consider what little moments happen every day that you might otherwise overlook. Like, for me-I always want to look back on photos of things that I would consider to be “everyday memories”. While it’s great to have pics of birthdays and special memories like holidays, I always find the ones that mean more are just the plain, everyday ones. So things like someone in your family cooking dinner? Take a picture. Going for a walk? Picture. Driving? just take a picture!! Those simpler moments are what you’ll really want to look back on!!

if you step outside, even for 5 minutes, 10 minutes...u don't know what lies out there!! the things u might miss!! i almost always regret not taking my camera places even if it seems like nothing exciting will happen. this being said i don't leave my house very often so it is extra important to take it when i do (trying to be better at going outside....) highly recommend just pointing at things and hoping for the best. but also planning a photo is good too. all photo taking is good. i love capturing a moment in time here r some examples of my photo taking. share yours too :o)

Without sounding like a bitter luddite, I miss the days of people capturing moments for the sake of remembering, not sharing with strangers. We all have childhood VHS footage and disposable photos of seemingly mundane moments at family BBQs, birthday parties, vacations, etc, but in the iPhone age most of our photos are taken with the intention of posting. This is a crucial difference, for me at least, so I recommend getting a camera not because it takes better photos than your phone, but because it'll remind you to capture more regular slices of life.

In my opinion there's nothing better than costco.. From the food court to the 24 rolls of toilet paper .. You can’t go wrong at Costco; they have  something for everyone..  It’s a perfect place to stock up on organic groceries for meal prep , score a cozy KIRKLAND brand crew neck , an endless supply of TIDE PODS ( yummy ) and whatever else you might find in there.

I force myself to drink as much water as possible on the daily.. I get really sad if my pee is anything but clear … the benefits are immense.. Just make sure you have access to a bathroom .. sucks to hold your pee . if you find it hard to drink water i suggest getting a nalgene or similar 32oz bottle and refill it all day long .. saves money and the environment instead of buying plastic bottles.

Most people have some sort of pain.. I had terrible lower back pain , sciatica , ect… I tried everything to fix my problems. Acupuncture , chiropractor , voodoo ect… nothing really worked … until i found “wet” cupping. Most people know what cupping is .. but “wet” cupping involves lots of needles and blood . this ancient technique relieves your pain almost instantly …i can’t recommend an alternative therapy more .. google it and see if you can find someone in your city .. i have the best guy in LA ,. DM for details.
