was way late to the game with this band. they really blend all my fav 90s brit sounds. bit of lush vibe with the reverb and 12 string, stone roses edge, oasis/early radiohead anthemic level rock. i’m not usually a “best of” guy, but their greatest hits is a perfect front to back listen.
mind blown how i haven't heard of this band any sooner. their new album is fantastic -- a stripped-down bizarre experience with so many sticky moments. hoping to see them live at some point
Gotta love when a band actually pushes the sonic boundaries of rock music and makes something truly unique. Similar to Captain Beefheart and This Heat in ethos but not really in sound. I’m all over it.
