helps anxiety, insomnia, indigestion/heartburn. if there is something keeping you up at night like an injury or sore back it can help relax your muscles. if you’re someone who never feels ready for bed it can help with that. truly so soothing, i usually have 1 cup but sometimes as many as 3. warning: it WILL make u sleepy, so do NOT drink it before things u need to be alert for :)
