on a sunny day. if you live near the ocean, or if you’re in chicago, the lake because it feels like an ocean anyways. sundays are good for it it’s just nice

i live at this sunny coastal city and i rarely go to the beach. went to the beach today with a friend, emerged into the warm salty water and asked myself why i don't enjoy more the best thing this city has to offer me: sunsets and the sea. i'm a busy person etc etc, but i can't waste my entire week at an office and my own home office. that's my sunday thought
