1. Get your veggies and fiber in for the day

to take to work for breakfast and lunch. Feel good, mind body and soul ๐งโโ๏ธ This one featuring veggie burger salad with morning star black bean burgers and a homemade cilantro chipotle lime dressing. For breakfast we always have parfaits and overnight oats on rotation!
I do this every single day without fail. I think thereโs something so romantic about breakfast, sensual. Even more so if you enjoy the delicacy by yourself. Setting the intention for the day with the bright sweetness of fruit, the leafy comforting taste of greens, protein etc. Iโve been trying to find liquid alternatives for my caffeine addiction - grapefruit juice has oddly been a game changer. The citrus. The slight bitter undertones. All made and sourced with love. My favorite part of the day.
It sets me off on the right path for the day When I finish eat breakfast and Iโm full I notice I donโt get the nighttime munchies. I take it as an opportunity to get more protein for the day. Also I love this ritual of taking time in the morning to prepare myself a nice feast ๐ฅฐ
