by which I mean rambling on and on, saying the entirety of what you’ve got to say even if it makes you self conscious to see your own words surrounded by all these pithy messages liberally sprinkled with emojis and abbreviations. I’m not a digital native and I am not pretending to be one I don’t mean the thing where you write a whole greeting and sign off at the end altho that’s cute too
i’m sorry i actually can’t stand people who text so formally like they’re emailing. this is so gen z v millennial/boomer esque but it genuinely makes me want to break through your phone screen screaming and shake you.
