This might sound a little nasty but I love to pour sugar free red bull into my green tea that I left to steep for a little too long and drink it in the morning.
I keeps me awake and focused for a good amount of time and no post-caffeine crash afterwards.
personally, post lunch caffeine gets me through the afternoon slog - brewing green tea instead of my usual latte is cheaper/feels healthier than spending six dollars on coffee or matcha i just end up drowning in milk and sugar. (and by green tea i mean chinese loose leaf)
