Almost four weeks now without caffeine. I fucking love coffee, but this is one of the best things Iโve done for myself in a while. Better sleep, no more feeling like a zombie in the morning, less anxiety. 5/5.
the way my general sense of panic has diminished since i started cutting back on caffeine instead of starting my every day with it has been kind of a revelation. yeah i'm still anxious but that baseline AAAAA feeling & also quickness to spiral is gone.
go โugh iโm confusedโ and relax about trying to get out of it so fast. just be it, let it force you to listen more, be more observant, see yourself as the liquidy ever-shifting thing you actually are! try to be honest
