Canโt believe those annoying fitness influencers were right. All it took was working out 5 times a week and I feel sane again. It could literally be just a 45 min walk or 2 hour leg day at the gym but I actually feel so much better mentally and physically.
iโve been slowly getting into fitness over the past year and it was a real lightbulb moment for me when i started doing more intensive workouts (as opposed to only yoga/pilates) bc they are wildly more gratifying, physically and mentally. turns out the confidence and motivation you get from doing hard things is what makes u actually wanna continue working out.
iโm now more active than ever and it feels great!!!
i know this is specifically for recs, but sometimes itโs fun to go into something blind! going to argentina tomorrow and i have no plans and havenโt asked a single person for a recommendation, just raw doggin vacation
I have friends all over the place and itโs not enough to just like their shit on social media, itโs good to call every couple of months and just have a life check in.
