If you’re interested in history, that is. Dissect- dissects albums, so fascinating. Both Kendrick seasons and Tyler the creator‘s are my favorite Lizard people- funny pod about people’s conspiracy theories Disgraceland- dramatic retellings of musicians’ mischief

deep dives on schemes, scams, or corporate / political scandals are very interesting and generally not insensitive about violence in the way the “true crime” genre can be, i don’t really like the “true crime” genre bc of that so here are some outside that main realm, either rec’d to me (irl) or that i have listened to that are really interesting: - the dropout: follows the rise and fall of everyone’s favorite girlboss and founder of theranos, elizabeth holmes and how she got a bunch of funding to start a healthcare company based on fake science! and also how she got found out. (if you enjoy it, there’s also bad blood: the final chapter) - hooked: tells the story of a famous bank robber and also the US opioid epidemic (together) - queen of the con: really wild, this woman literally conned a bunch of professional athletes out of their money just by lying all the time - you’re wrong about: they have episodes on all topics (like urban legends, movies, politics etc) but some are on famous ”crime” stories and debunking common myths, like flight 571, tonya harding, etc. imo it is not sensationalized the way some of the “murder podcasts” are but possibly bc it’s not a true crime podcast - mother country radicals: set mostly in the 1970s, it talks about this guy’s experience growing up with the Weather Underground, and their many militant radical actions (like, they literally bomb the government, rob banks to fund their organizing, prison breaks etc) - the dream (season one): basically talks about a ton of MLMs with crazy examples and some of the more well-known ones!

The Deck great podcast that brings attention to cold cases that need publicity and are close to being solved It’s in relation to the cold case playing card decks (a deck w cards featuring a photograph and factual info about the unsolved case) these decks are passed out to hundreds of thousands of inmates and bc of them there are multiple cold cases that have now been solved it’s legitimately investigative reporting and brings awareness to a good cause they also donate majority of proceeds to a foundation that helps provide resourses to help solve these homicides It’s definitely gory at times, and sad, but it’s interesting if you’re into that sort of thing Cults Literally just discusses different cults throughout the world and history and why ppl join them/ how cult leaders come to be Some episodes are gruesome and some are crazy interesting in the sense of how much some cults have impacted culture as it is today it’s really insightful

This episode was released so long ago but I still will go back and listen to it every now and then and catch myself thinking of it. This episode goes into the ideas of good and evil, then talks about the story of Fritz Huber. If you love science and ethics and contemplating I highly recommend. 10/10 Runner up: SPOOKED- The Iron Gate If you need something to give you goosebumps, spooked is for you! It is so well produced and this particular episode gets me every time. P.S- can you tell I like public radio???

In Tarot, The Fool is the first card in the Major Arcana, which represents the life cycle. These cycles we are continuously going through in our lives, not just once. The final card of the Major Arcana is The World (which I have tattooed very large on my thigh), which signifies the completion of a cycle and natural ascension into the next. We are then thrust back into the Fool, with a bit more wisdom. The Fool as an archetype is one of joy, curiosity, spontaneity, and trust.  The Fool is pure of heart, knowing that the Universe has got their back.  This innate trust allows The Fool to be playful, to take risks, and truly believe everything will work out.  The more we go through life and experience loss, grief, heartache, trauma, the harder it becomes to embrace this energy.  I’ve found that as healing goes on, just as it’s shown in tarot, we return to this natural state of being. We start off as The Fool when we are wee little babies, and if we are lucky can return there a few cycles at a time, with more wisdom gained each time.   The goal of The Fool is to have positive experiences, maybe for fun, maybe to grow. There is an acceptance with The Fool, a kind of “this is what is, how can I make this work well for me?” Everything works out for The Fool because they don’t know it can’t. Anything we go through in life, we can use to grow.  I personally believe we all could benefit embracing the archetypal energy of The Fool a bit more.  The Fool doesn’t stop to worry what other people will think!  The Fool does not fret about what if’s!  The Fool is in the moment!

Humans have always danced. It is part of who we are, yet we have been conditioned to be self conscious, to think that we do not move our bodies good enough. Dancing is beyond judgement. Dancing is not a skill, it is our soul moving through our bodies, expressed in movement. Dancing is healing. Dancing is bodily autonomy. Dancing is FUN! Any feeling you are feeling can be moved through with dance yet even alone, you fear looking foolish. Kill the judge in your mind, shut the fuck up, and MOVE 🌊
