the way my general sense of panic has diminished since i started cutting back on caffeine instead of starting my every day with it has been kind of a revelation. yeah i'm still anxious but that baseline AAAAA feeling & also quickness to spiral is gone.
I recently realized drinking 3-7 black coffees a day could be contributing to my anxiety.
Its wild. Definitely a rough start. Nowโa few weeks without coffee or caffeinated drinksโI feel much calmer.
My sleep and bruxism are improving. My motivation suffered but is on the rebound. Will report further updates.
stretching daily is, to me, where simply surviving ends and LIVING begins. Iโm bad at being good about it, but Iโm currently making a real effort to do it every single day.
