the way my general sense of panic has diminished since i started cutting back on caffeine instead of starting my every day with it has been kind of a revelation. yeah i'm still anxious but that baseline AAAAA feeling & also quickness to spiral is gone.
Almost four weeks now without caffeine. I fucking love coffee, but this is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in a while. Better sleep, no more feeling like a zombie in the morning, less anxiety. 5/5.
Slow down and think about what you’re really doing moment to moment
A lot of time and energy can be wasted trying to address too many things at once subconsciously
Occasionally check in with yourself to make sure you aren’t just anxiously passing time
